- Generally it is 35-60 days after received deposit. If we keep it in stock, we could send you 7-10 days.
- Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
- We have flexible conditions:
- If delivery to somewhere in China,normally need to pay for 2-3 times sample cost and delivery cost.
- If delivery to your country directly,normally just need to pay for the sample cost and the cost of freight.
- If you are our old customer,normally we could supply limited samples for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
- For all extra cost we will return you once we receive the bulk production orders.
- What is your terms of payment ?
- For bulk production,T/T is normal payment term.
- Option A:Payment≤5000USD; 100% in advance.
- Option B: Payment≥5000USD; 30% payment before production,70% balance before shipping.

- What surface finish are available to the concrete?
- We offer various kinds of surface handling method: no paint or bare concrete,paint with matt or glossy finish,marble or sandy look.

- For existing items : 50pcs per design,1*20GP container allow mix serveral items.
- For customized design or color items: it is 100-200pcs depands on the size,color and design.

- 2 years,we are using super high desity and exclusive formula of raw cocrete material.
- How do you control the quality?
- We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
- Is it possible to be your distributor / Agent in our country?
- We are so glad that you had such big interest on our products,we are very would like to do cooperation with you to start the market,but at this monment it’s really hard to say if it is OK or not to be our agent in your country,it’s better for both of us to know more about each other and then to make the final decision.

- For finished products we have Iron ball drop testing / UV Testing / boiling water testing / rate of water Absorption / resistance of staining testing.

- Characteristics of cement material:
- 1. Surface color changes-Concrete will never be a monotonous block color because it is made of multiple materials. The change in tone and texture creates a unique luster, which is part of the concrete properties.
- 2. The cement wash basin is made of a mixture of traditional stone, sand and cement. In some cases, aggregates of material can be seen on the surface of the concrete, which are part of the unique, natural texture.
- 3. The liquid state of the concrete during pouring means that sometimes texture flow lines can be seen on the surface of the concrete. This is often more obvious when pouring curved or tall vertical surfaces, which is another typical feature of concrete.
- Care and Maintenance:
- 1.Concrete sealant is scratch-resistant but not scratch-resistant. Please avoid using rough fabrics and strong detergents. Please use sponge or soft microfiber cloth and soapy water to clean it.
- 2.Concrete sealant is water-resistant and stain-resistant. It protects the concrete to a certain extent and penetrates it deeply to resist most problems, but it will wear out sooner or later. It is recommended to use wax to maintain regularly (every 3-6 months) for protection. Over time it will appear yellow, dark, or scratched, which is the beauty of concrete as a natural material.
- 3.Wine, coffee, tea, cosmetics, toothpaste and other substances have been tested on the sealant. The effect is very good. You only need to clean up these things in time.
- 4.Concrete is wear-resistant, but not elastic. Please do not sit or stand on its surface. Excessive weight on any area may cause cracks.
- 5.Please do not directly heat or leave hot oil on the surface of the concrete, and use protective pads to place hot cups, plates, etc.
- 6.Each product is handmade and unique. The product you receive may be slightly different from the product you see on the website pictures. Material changes are a natural part and are not covered by the warranty.
